What time can we check-in and check-out?

You may check-in at midday, while you must check-out by 1.00 pm. You may leave your luggage at the reception even after you have checked-out of your room.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Cartasì, Amex, Mastercard, Jcb.

What are your cancellation policies?

If you cancel your stay by 6 pm on the day before your arrival, you will not incur any costs. If you cancel your stay after this deadline or do not show, we will charge you the first night. If you leave before the end of your stay, we will still charge the total amount of your stay.

Does the hotel have Internet and room service?

Yes, the hotel has free Wi-Fi in all common areas and rooms. You may also ask for room service even late at night and order a light snack at our bar.

Does the Hotel have a garage or car park?

Yes, the Hotel has an attended garage for cars and motorbikes, the cost of which is not included.

When is the gym open?

The gym is free for all our guests and is open everyday from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm.

How can I reach the city centre?

Our hotel is only 20 minutes from the city centre and you can easily catch a number 14 tram opposite the hotel that will take you straight to Piazza del Duomo.
