NAVIGATION DATA

The information systems and the software procedures which are proposed in order to make this web site work, acquire during their standard working process, some personal data which is implicit for the use of the Internet’s communication protocols.
We are referring to information which is not collected in order to

There is only one exception: the communication to our supplier for online

payment-booking services FastBooking (Thierry Lamblin /CEO - 7, Rue de Duras, 75008 Paris - FRANCE ('www.fastbooking.com'), who is responsible for the bookings.

In any case the site’s administrator guarantees the use of scrupulous procedures, in order to protect the navigation data, as well as to pay particular attention in order to protect the data concerning the credit card, which is supplied during the online booking.

COOKIES

No personal data of the users is acquired by the site. Cookies are not used for the communication of personal data. Moreover, there is no kind of c.d. cookies for keeping trace of the users. The use of session c.d. cookies (which are not memorized in a constant way on the user’s computer, and they

disappear when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to the communication of session identificatives (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) which are necessary in order to allow one a secure and efficient exploration of the site. d. lgs. n. 193/2003, with the aim to control the personal data’s treatment.
In this case the answer is obligatory in order to avoid administrative penalties.

TREATMENT MODALITIES

The personal data is treated with automated tools for the time which is necessary in order to fulfill the aims for which the data has been collected. Specific security measures are used in order to anticipate data loss, illegal or not correct use and access for non authorized persons.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PERSONS

Anytime the persons to whom the personal data is referred are allowed to obtain a confirmation of their data’s existence, to find out about its content and origin, to verify the correctness or to ask for its integration or update, or amendment (art. 7 of the d.lgs. n. 196/2003).
According to this article you have the right to ask for the cancellation, anonym transformation or the blockage of the treated data, if a law is violated, and also to defy to the data’s treatment for legitimate reasons.
